1. Order Processing Time

 

  • Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within [1–3 business days] from the time the order is placed.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are subject to delays outside of our control (e.g., customs procedures, extreme weather, courier disruptions).

 

3. Free Shipping Eligibility

 

  • We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over [USD $150]. This threshold is applied to the cart subtotal after all discounts and before taxes.

 

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number(s) typically within [1 business day] of your order leaving our warehouse.

  • The tracking number will be active within [24–48 hours]. You can use this number to track your order's journey on the courier's website.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping)

 

  • Crucial Notice: Orders shipped outside of our fulfillment countries may be subject to import duties, customs duties, tariffs, and VAT once the shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Customer Responsibility: Polar Feat is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We advise international customers to contact their local customs office for current charges before placing an order. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fee incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

 

  • Damages: Polar Feat is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also notify our customer service team immediately at support@polarfeat.com so we can assist you with the claim process.

  • Lost in Transit: If a package tracking has stalled for more than [15 days] without movement, please contact us. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Replacements or refunds for lost packages will only be issued after the carrier confirms the item is lost.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

 

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will require the customer to pay the reshipment costs.

  • Address Correction: If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at support@polarfeat.com. We will attempt to correct the address before the package leaves our warehouse, but cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.
